The Academic Achievement Center’s mission is to provide tutoring and academic support for all cadets at Crestmont. The center is located in Building B (The Adam Gifford Education Building) on the second floor across from Classroom J. An Educational Specialist is available on a walk-in basis or by appointment. The center provides a variety of services from tutoring, writing support, learning softwares, academic counseling and a variety of workshops.

Saturday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

The College’s mission, curriculum, instruction and student assessments are aligned and implemented in ways that reflect current knowledge about the learning process and the preparation cadets need for officership in The Salvation Army Western Territory.
To be considered excellent, these four elements are integrated with field training experience and a pervasive commitment to spiritual formation and officer development. This is to develop in our cadets conceptual understanding and appropriate cognitive and ministerial skills that cadets will be able to utilize when faced with new situations and challenges in their assignments wherever located.
